Do you service my area?
We service the entire Berks County area of Pennsylvania and certain sections of Lancaster County, Chester County, Montgomery County, Bucks County & Lehigh County.  If you are interested in starting service and are not sure if your area is serviced, simply give us a call.

How much will it cost to clean my home?
The price to clean your home is based on many factors such as the size of your home, location, frequency of the cleaning you want to schedule, different surface types, if you have pets & even your lifestyle.  For this reason, this is why we will always meet with you first and tour your residence so we can give you an accurate price.  Your home will be charged an initial cleaning fee which is slightly higher than the regular service cleanings, thus the initial cleaning will generally take longer.

How do I pay for my house cleaning service?
David's Cleaning Service will accept cash or check.  All payments are due at the time of the cleaning.    If you are not home, we ask that you leave payment on the kitchen counter.

Do you have packages or charge by the hour?
No, we do not.  When we initially come to tour your residence, this is when you want to tell us about your home cleaning needs.  We can provide house cleaning to your entire home, or even certain floors/areas.  Our 360 degree cleaning program ensures that no area gets overlooked.  Another reason we do not charge by the hour is because during certain times of year when our cleaning may be in higher demand (such as holidays), we may have a larger team coming to service your home cleaning needs.  Thus, charging by the hour can cause for some inaccuracies in pricing.

Who provides the cleaning supplies?
We do!  All of our supplies and equipment are geared to sanitize, deodorize and disinfect your home.  Our state of the art vacuum cleaners capture 99.99% of dust, allergens, bacteria, pet dander, pollen and other pollutants to add in the cleaning process of making your home a better place to live.  We also use special cleaning aides such as our microfiber cloths to help dust your woodwork & our microfiber mops to help disinfect your kitchen and bathroom floors.

What is the frequency of the service you provide?
After an initial cleaning, we can provide weekly service, bi-weekly or even monthly service.  Perhaps you just need some help around the house a few times a year?  No problem!  Just contact us and set up an appointment so we can tour your residence and provide a price as well as schedule the appropriate number of people to come and service your home.

What time will you arrive?
Unlike other cleaning services, this question is one that does set us apart.  During our initial meeting of touring your residence and learning about your home cleaning needs, we will take note the departure time of the last person who leaves your home and arrival time of the first person who arrives back for the day.  It is during this time that we will come in to perform our cleaning.  We will do our very best to give you a time frame of when we will be there, however we cannot guarantee it to the very minute.  Because each home is different, we want each of our clients cleaning needs to get treated the same - with the luxury service they deserve.

If a cleaning service provides an exact time of arriving to your home, it is an indication that they are allotted a certain time frame in each house they are cleaning for that day, thus not being thorough and many times being rushed overlooking certain areas.  It is our commitment and dedication that we provide superior service in residential cleaning.  Should you choose to be home while we are cleaning, we will do our very best to not disturb you.

What if I provide a key or access code to get into my home?
If you choose to give us the key, alarm code or garage code to your home, it is kept completely safe throughout the entire cleaning process.  When we are not cleaning, your key remains locked up at our office and is individually coded and cross referenced.

Is there anything I should do before you come?
Absolutely not!  Unlike other services that will ask you to pick up clutter before they come in to clean, we encourage you to go about your day as usual not having to worry about doing anything before we arrive.  Part of our 360 Degree Cleaning Program is to Pick Up & Straighten your home - it's another step in offering the finest in residential luxury cleaning.

Are you pet friendly?
Absolutely!  We understand that your pets are part of the family too. It is recommended that pets be kept in a separate area from where we are cleaning so we do not scare or disturb them from our cleaning.

What is the difference between David's Cleaning Service and other companies or a private cleaning lady?
There are many factors that make us different.  First off, we are not a franchise cleaning service.  We are an LLC company that specializes in residential luxury & commercial quality cleaning in Southeastern Pennsylvania.  Unlike bigger companies, you will enjoy the personal yet professional service we provide.  In addition, we are fully insured and file taxes.  When you hire a private cleaning lady to your home, you may be responsible for paying their taxes as well as keeping records on them as they are considered an employee of yours.  With David's Cleaning Service, we pay all the appropriate taxes and are also fully insured to help keep you & your home protected - you need not worry about any paperwork.

Unlike other services, we do not use contracts with our customers.  It is the quality and reliability we provide that will keep you satisfied and using our service time and time again. 

From the moment you allow us the opportunity to exceed your expectations, you will always have direct contact with our company owner, David Lomnychuk.  While some cleaning services you may see different people come and go, that is not the case with us.  Quality consistency starts with the employees that provide thorough detailed cleaning and we want to be more than just a service to you - we want to build a stable relationship.

How does it work to purchase a gift certificate?
It's simple!  Let's say you want to purchase a 50.00 gift certificate for a friend who currently does not use our service.  Simply go to the Gift Certificates Page and fill out the appropriate information.  After your friend receives the gift certificate, they can log onto our website and learn about our house cleaning services.  When ready, they can contact us to let us know which service they want to choose  whether it be regular housecleaning (360 degree cleaning program), or one of the may additional services we provide.  If the price for the cleaning is more, we will first let the customer know so they can pay the difference.  If the price for the cleaning is less, we will subtract that off the gift certificate so they can use it again for something else.  Giving a gift certificate to someone you know has never been easier.

If you have a friend who you know does use our service, that's even better!  If you would like to purchase them a gift certificate for a one time service of what they already have regularly scheduled in their home, but are unsure of the price they are paying, just contact us and we can give you the appropriate information.  Or, just give them a gift certificate in the amount of your choice and they can apply it toward their next house cleaning service.
